Icon.png Wiki update

We have updated the wiki to a new version of mediawiki and installed some antispam extensions, so that we can allow anymous editing again.

Icon.png Wiki downtime the last days

My server was frequently down the last days, sorry! The problem was a broken ram. This is fixed and the server is up and running again. :)

Icon.png Code highlighting

I installed a code highlighting module for mediawiki. If you add code to your article you should put <code lang="java"></code> around it (if it is java code, JSP works too). Have fun.

Icon.png No more anonymous editing

Due to the problem of massive spam entries mainly in the talk pages, I changed the configuration of this wiki to allow only registered users to edit pages. As from now you need to login to edit pages.

Icon.png Start of restructuring the front page

I added a new sandbox page to restructure the frontpage, take a look at: New Main Page You should add a category markup to the bottom of each page for example: [[Category:Getting OpenCms up and running]] to get the page listed on the category page, for example: Category:Getting OpenCms up and running.

Icon.png Restructuring the front page

In my opinion it would be useful to restructure the front page and put some links onto sub pages and leave only the most important links on the front page. Feel free to put a comment on the talk page how you think we should improve the layout of the front page.
